Our doors are now open; however, we highly recommend you make an appointment, so we are able to give you dedicated attention. Contact us via our website contact form, email or voicemail to book your free consultation appointment. Virtual consultations are also available.

We want to be sure that you feel you have plenty of space and are comfortable while visiting the store. This also allows us to do our best to control what surfaces need to be sanitized. Masks are available for anyone who would like them, however, they are not required.

There are several ways we can remotely serve you. We can discuss your needs over the phone or by email. We ask for approximate window sizes and photos, then provide suggestions for products and pricing. We can also pass along manufacturer product videos or demonstrate our own displays in short videos or by FaceTime. When you’d like to proceed, we do prefer to come to your home to take our own exact measurements and make final colour selections with you. If you do not want anyone in your home, we can walk you through proper measurements via FaceTime as well. Blinds can be shipped to our store or directly to your home. Curbside pick-up is available.

Should you choose to have your product professionally installed, everything needs to be moved away from windows and there is a nice easy path for our installers. They will be sure not to touch any personal property.
